Suzanne Feinberg, Co-founder and General Manager of AZ Roving Notary is the first person in the WORLD to get certified on the Secured Signings remote online notary (RON) platform having successfully completed the Certification program.

AZ Roving Notary works with the Secured Signing RON platform for our international remote online notarizations for these reasons:

1.  Most RON platforms do not allow for signers living outside the United States that don't have the data accumulated to successfully pass the Knowledge Based Authentication (KBA) Quiz.  Because Secured Signings (using the same public databases) allows for international data to be included, signers can pass the KBA quiz no matter where in the world they live.

2.  In Arizona, all signers must remain onscreen for the entire signing process.  Most signing platforms use Zoom or other third party audio visual programs that do not allow the a SMART PHONE or other Mobile Device to keep the signer onscreen along with the documents to be notarized.  Secured Signing uses an integrated third party audio/video program that does allow the screen to show both required elements.  Therefore, signers who wish to use a smart phone will find that this is a great option for areas with great cell service but poor internet service or, for hospitals and other locations that are difficult to use a computer or laptop.  

3.  Security levels for Secured Signing notarizations are higher than any other platform.  The security feature we like best deals with video recording.  A pop-up window allows the signer to verify their live status right at the time of signing by having the signer perform a series of functions like tipping the head or waving the right hand.  This is recorded and a link to the video is embedded into the notarization for verification of highly secure documents at a later date.
