A friend, relative or co-worker can translate the document for you.  This might or might not cost you anything, but it might not meet the legal requirements of the final recipient of the document and result in a rejection of the document. You can hire one of our Certified Translators. The certified translator belongs to a professional association that has ongoing training and provides the required accreditation. The translator adds a certificate to the translated document. This certificate states the translation is accurate both for content and legality in the language and country that the document will be used. Finally, the translator or manager of the translation company attests to the accuracy of the translation in the presence of a notary. You can hire one of our Certified Translators who can issue a SWORN Translation. This is most often seen in Spain where it is carried out by a person known as a Traductor-Intérprete Jurado and is authorized by the Spanish Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the European Union and Cooperation. Other countries also require a SWORN translation.

Certified Translations must be accurate and legally recognized. The certifying agency (or translator) provides a notarized certificate involving a statement from the translator or agency attesting to the authenticity of the translation.
