REMOTE ONLINE NOTARIZATIONS: ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD OR ANYWHERE IN THE UNIVERSE
Remote Online Notarization became widespread when the COVID-19 virus spread throughout the world. Many people were left stranded in foreign countries on vacation, living as an expat or even on business related trips. Life didn't stop even though travel options were either reduced or eliminated.
Before COVID-19 restrictions, US embassies and consulates performed overseas notarizations documents for American Citizens. But with the closing of the embassies, citizens were stuck without the means to get their important paperwork notarized. The existing and newly commissioned online remote notaries were having problems with platforms that wouldn't perform international notarizations.
Now that the pandemic has been resolved and the US Embassies and Consulates have re-opened for business, remote online notarizations will still play an important role for notarizations when the signer is located in a foreign country. Not everyone who needs a document notarized in a foreign country is near an embassy or consulate. Remote Online Notarization with The AZ Roving Notary Agency is a great solution to getting the task accomplished without having to travel hours to get to the embassy.
Our online notarization platforms (Secured Signings and Pactima) stand out and accommodate international virtual notarizations better than most other industry platforms.
We can provide a complete package from Notarization to Expediting your Apostille process and even send your documents to its final foreign destination.
The AZ Roving Notary Agency was the first notary company with notaries commissioned in the United States to be certified by Secured Signings to perform international notarizations. Our contracted notaries understand the special communication and identification issues that arise when trying to successfully complete an international notarization.
NOTE: Will my remote online notarization, apostille and/or authentication be accepted?
Your remote online notarization if performed by an AZ Roving Notary notary will be valid in all 50 US states. If properly apostilled or authenticated by the appropriate agency will be valid in the requested country. However, it is up to the signer to insure that the document when notarized with remote online notarization, in person electronic notarization or remote ink notarization will be accepted by the final recipienet of the document.
