SIGNER REQUIREMENTS

Signers include:
Principal Signers
Credible Witnesses
Signature Witnesses

All Signers must be over 18 years of age with a valid social security number. (We do not record or store social security numbers.)

All Signers must have a Valid State Issued Driver’s License, State Issued ID, US Passport or US Passport Card or Consular ID biometric. At this time, no other ID can be accepted by the Platform provider for AZ.

All Signers must have a Smart Phone able to accept a US SMS Text and a Unique Email Address.

All Signers must have their own computer that meets the computer specifications.

All Signers must have an employment, financial and/or residential history of at least 5 years in the US.

All Signers must take the Knowledge Based Authentication Quiz within the 2 minute time limit. Signer can attempt KBA Quiz 2 times within a 24 hour time frame. If any signer fails the second time the session can only be rescheduled after waiting a mandatory 24 hours (Reschedule Fee Applies).

All Signers must pass the Credential Analysis verification process and Facial Recognition.

All Participants must stay on the video screen in full view of the notary for the entire session.

NOTE: If the signer does not have proper ID or cannot pass the knowledge based authentication quiz - a Credible Witness can be substituted to identify the Signer. The Credible Witness must meet all RON Personal Requirements. The Credible Witness will take an oath as to the identity of the Signer. (Reschedule Fee Applies)
