Terms:
- Managed Account Subscription is a month to month subscription payable by autopay on a credit card or ACH.
- The Per Document Fee requires an initial deposit (minimum charge is $100.00) from a credit card. As the balance is reduced, your credit card will be topped off to an agreed amount.
- Additional Options are payable via the credit card deposit on file.
