Arizona is one of many states that have modified their regulations regarding signature requirements and notarization as a consequence of the COVID-19 pandemic, and it appears that these new requirements are likely to stay in place long after the virus itself has abated. But corporate secretaries and records managers, who have become fairly adept at modifying their routine business processes to accommodate a no-touch digital world, still face some legal and regulatory impediments to total virtualization. In this session, Ken Withers of The Sedona Conference will moderate a discussion with E-commerce and Information Governance Attorney Todd Kartchner and Remote Online Notary Bradley Feinberg to bring our members up to date on requirements and procedures.
